Front: Pay to Company or Individual
1. Select the payee from All Company (will different according
Group select) list or type payee on Pay box. To pay to a
person or in-charge of the company, check Individual check box
and select from list.
2. Select Account from Pay From Account list, only account with
Cheque will shown in list. To edit the account, click Edit...
beside the list.
3. Fill in Amount box and select date format at Date list. Click
Preview or Print to print on printer.

Front: Pay to an Account
1. Check Account at Group box, select Account Holder and Account
at Pay to box from Account Holder
and Account list respectively.
2. Fill Transaction No (optional, system will generate, if blank)
and fill or select Description at Receive Description list.
3. Select Account from Pay From Account list, only account with
Cheque will shown in list. To edit the account, click Edit...
beside the list.
4. Fill in Amount box and select date format at Date list. Click
Preview or Print to print on printer.

Back: Account information, description and contact. (Optional)
If necessary, user can print information at the back for bank in or reference purpose. Just
fill in the box and click Preview or Print
to print on printer.
Cheque can be cancelled at Transaction / Remittance
