Can't Remove or Restore database due to it is 'in use'

Fail to remove database
Cause: Connection has
established to database
Resolution: Close all Business Suite from computer on network, which access to the
server, then close and re-open Business Suite in server, login exclusively immediate after
program open & go to ‘Database Management’ to perform database Removal or Restoration.
Open any form or report before Exclusive Login, will re-establish connection to database,
and the same error message will pop up again.
