 Login as Administrator
Check Local Administrator Login to login as Local Administrator.

 Open Initialize
From Administration
menu, select Initialize.

 Edit Parameter
Fill up all mandatory
fields.
Standard Unit, Standard Payment Mode and Standard Ship Method is your organization most frequently
used unit and method, it will show on the 1st place on the Combo Box, to avoid frequently
select from the list.
Auto Number is self generate unique number for your process; please
specify the first number you wish to use.
Digit number reflects its maximum number, e.g. 000001 means maximum number will be 999999,
make sure it is adequate, you will NOT able to add any number after reach maximum number.
The 2 digits 00 is Organization code, from 00~99, to avoid duplicate
number happen among organization.
Please note that after the process is created, you will not be able to change the respective number format.
