Login as Administrator
Check Local Administrator Login to login as Local Administrator.

Open Employee Editor
From Master
Data menu, select Employee Editor.

Fill Employee Particular
To add photo (optional), click on respective picture box.

Open Image
Then click Load Image
|
|
Select Image File
Select the image to load.
|
|
Image Loaded
Employee photo added.
Photo should be in passport size, or any size with same ratio, otherwise image will distort.

Add Another Image
Use same method to add Signature, then click Add to add Employee
to database.
Signature is optional, it will appear on report when export to pdf format file.

Edit Employee Detail
The new Employee detail will display in table. To correct or delete, click to select the
Employee to edit.

Signature on Report
Signature
then show on report.
