Login as Administrator
Check Local Administrator Login to login as Local Administrator.

Open User Editor
From Administration
menu, select User Editor.
|
|
Check Organization
Check Organization from User Company group box.
|
|
Select Employee
Employees of this organization
list out. Click to select the Employee you wish to allow him/her to access the database.
|
|
Assign Privilege
Change
User Name, assign Access Level, check
Global User if you allow the user to access any related branch.
As an Administrator for this system, you should assign yourself with maximum privilege.
To understand more on Access Level, click 'List' to open User List, check
Access Level from List group box.

User Roles
- Guest: View and query data, CAN'T print or edit data
- Auditor: View, query and print list but CAN'T edit data
- Operator: View, query, print list, edit common operational data and issue document, but CAN'T
re-issue document or edit important master data
- Supervisor: All access right of Operator plus can re-issue document and edit important master
data but CAN'T edit organization and system data
- Administrator: Can perform all the task except database management (Note: Administrator is
different from Local Administrator)
- Global User: Can access any organization and perform cross organization operation (depend
on access level), such as edit Currency Exchange Rate, add new Organization and transfer fund among organization.

Update Setting
Click
Update to complete.

Temporary Password
Password was temporary
set as same as User Name, change it after login with this account.
|
|
User Setup Completed
Exit User Editor, logout
from Local Administrator, login with the newly created account, and start to use this program.
