Use of Item Master Data
Master Data is share data, such as Material, Product, Item & etc, which will be use in Process Data like
Quotation, Offer, Warehouse, Store & etc.
With Master Data, user does not need to enter the same information repeatedly, just select
it from list or table.

Material Information
required for Purchasing and Inventory
To add new Material, clicks Next to clear all field, fill
/ select the information on mandatory field then click Add.
To correct existing Material, click the Material from table, correct the information,
and then click Correct.
To delete the Material, click the Material from table, then click
Delete, a message box pop up, click OK to confirm.
Check IsProduct will add the information to Product.
Intangible Material will not able to add to Warehouse.

Product Information
required for Invoicing, Product Sale and Inventory
To add new Product, clicks Next to clear all field, fill
/ select the information on mandatory field then click Add.
To correct existing Product, click the Product from table, correct the information,
and then click Correct.
To delete the Product, click the Product from table, then click Delete,
a message box pop up, click OK to confirm.
Check IsMaterial will add the information to Material.
Intangible Product will not able to add to Product Store.

Item Information
in
normal situation, do not use Item Editor to edit Material or Product.
To add new Item, clicks Next to clear all field, fill /
select the information on mandatory field then click Add.
To correct existing Item, click the Item from table, correct the information, and then
click Correct.
To delete the Item, click the Item from table, then click Delete,
a message box pop up, click OK to confirm.
BEWARE: Item delete from this Editor will permanently remove from record.
Intangible Item will not able to add to Warehouse or Product Store.
