Invoicing

NBL Business Suite / Invoicing Customer
 OrderCustomer Order

Sell Product to Customer with Offer. Only Customer with valid Offer  will show in Customer list.

For New Customer Order, fill Order No (optional, system will generate, if blank), click New to create New Customer Order.
To Update Customer Order, select Order No from list, update particular at Customer Order group box, then click Update button.
To Remove Customer Order, select Order No from list, then click Remove button, a message box pop up, click OK to confirm.

Check Invoice After CO Cleared will enable to Invoice Customer after all item in this Customer Order is delivered.
Order Attention, Delivery Attention and Invoice Attention are Person In Charge for Customer, you may type any person instead of selection, the person you type will not add to In Charge database.

NBL Business Suite / Invoicing Customer
 Order Address

To add an Order item, click Product Price table to select an item, enter Quantity and detail at Order Item box, then click Add button.
To correct a Order item, click Order item table to select an item, correct Quantity and detail at Order Item group box, then click Correct button.
To delete a Order item, click Order item table to select an item, then click Delete button, a message box pop up, click OK to confirm.

To receive deposit for this Customer Order, click Deposit button to open Payment / Instalment.

NBL Business Suite / Invoicing Delivery OrderDelivery Order

for Delivery Item to Customer. Only Customer with Order will show in Delivery Customer list.

To create New Delivery Order, select a Customer from Delivery Customer list, the Oder Item will list out, click New to create New Delivery Order, DO No will generate according format set at Initialize.
To Update Delivery Order, select DO No from list, update particular at Delivery Order group box, then click Update button.
To Remove Delivery Order, select DO No from list, then click Remove button, a message box pop up, click OK to confirm.

To add a Delivery item, click Order Item table to select an item, enter Quantity and detail at Delivery Item group box, then click Add button.
To Add whole Customer Order, select a Order No from Order No list, click Add By CO button to add.
To correct a delivery item, click Delivery Item table to select an item, correct Quantity and detail at Delivery Item group box, then click Correct button.
To delete a delivery item, click Delivery Item table to select an item, then click Delete button, a message box pop up, click OK to confirm.
If Ship From Stock is checked, you must have enough stock for adding delivery item or increase quantity, because you need to ship those Product from stock.

mark whether a delivery item has successfully delivered. Only Customer with Delivery Order issued (printed, faxed or exported) will show in Delivery To list.
Select a Customer from Delivery To list, all uninvoiced delivery item will list out.

To mark clear or unclear to a delivery item, click Delivery Item table to select an item, then click Clear or Unclear to mark delivery status.
To mark whole Delivery Order, select a DO No from DO No list, check Whole Delivery Order, then click Clear or Unclear button.

Delivery Order MUST confirm clear before can create Customer Invoice.

NBL Business Suite / Invoicing Customer InvoiceCustomer Invoice

for issuing Invoice on Delivered Item. Only Customer with successful Delivery will show in Invoice Customer list.

To create New Customer Invoice, select a Customer from Invoice Customer list, the Delivered Item will list out, click New to create New Customer Invoice, Invoice No will generate according format set at Initialize.
To Update Customer Invoice, select Invoice No from list, update particular at Customer Invoice group box, then click Update button.
To Remove Customer Invoice, select Invoice No from list, then click Remove button, a message box pop up, click OK to confirm.

To add an Invoice item, click Delivery Item table to select an item, enter Note (optional) at Invoice Item group box, then click Add button.
To Add whole Delivery Order or Customer Order, select a DO No or Order No from DO No or Order No list, click Add By DO or Add By CO button to add.
To correct an Invoiced item, click Invoice Item table to select an item, correct Note at Invoice Item group box, then click Correct button.
To delete an Invoiced item, click Invoice Item table to select an item, then click Delete button, a message box pop up, click OK to confirm.
To use Deposit that receives from Customer as part of or full payment for this Invoice, click Use Deposit button to open Use Customer Order's Deposit.

Customer Invoice MUST issue (print, fax or export) before can collect payment.

NBL Business Suite / Invoicing Invoice
 CollectionInvoice Collection

Collection outstanding payment from Customer. Only Customer with Invoice issued (printed, faxed or exported) will show in Invoice To list.
Select a Customer from Invoice To list, all outstanding invoice will list out.

To collect invoice payment, click Invoice Item table to select a invoice,
Without Finance Tool: Fill Collect Amount box, then click Collect .
With Finance Tool: Click Collect to open Payment / Instalment.
